When the right appointment matters.
LUNITE helps employers fill demanding SAP and technology roles, particularly when job advertising, internal recruiting teams and established hiring channels have not delivered the right result.

Introduction
Transparency is part of the assignment.
A good search needs honest market feedback as well as activity.
If a role is difficult to fill under the agreed conditions, we raise this early. If the salary range does not match the market, candidates repeatedly decline for the same reason, or particular requirements unnecessarily restrict the search, we share that feedback openly.
Equally, we do not introduce a candidate unless we are convinced of the fit.
Our aim is to give you a realistic assessment and work with you to create the conditions for a successful hire.
A working relationship that fits the assignment.
The appropriate model depends on your specific search. In an initial conversation, we establish which approach fits the role and your needs.
Frequently asked questions
What employers may want to know before working with LUNITE.
Every search is different. These are some of the questions that arise most often.
How quickly can a role be filled?
Our specialisation and regular conversations with experts in our markets often enable us to identify suitable candidates and initiate discussions quickly. The time needed to fill a role nevertheless depends on its requirements and conditions. Extensive travel, a lack of remote or hybrid options, a restrictive location or salary range, and rare combinations of skills can make a search more challenging. Notice periods and the pace of the selection process also affect the possible start date. We therefore agree a realistic assessment with you at the outset and provide transparent market feedback throughout the search.
Does LUNITE work exclusively or on a success basis?
Both are possible. A success-based arrangement can suit permanent appointments. For particularly demanding, confidential or business-critical roles, we often recommend an exclusive search. We agree the appropriate model for the specific assignment.
Can you handle confidential searches?
Yes. Discretion is especially important for replacement hires, strategic appointments or changes that have not yet been announced. We agree the approach, candidate communication and disclosure of information closely with you.
What if we already know a candidate you introduce?
Transparency is essential. If a candidate is already known to you or has applied previously, we clarify how the contact arose and whether our introduction represents a relevant recruitment service. Please raise such cases as early as possible.
Do you support project and interim requirements?
Yes. Alongside permanent appointments, LUNITE can help identify specialist project and interim professionals, particularly in SAP, technology and transformation.
Which regions do you cover?
Our focus is the DACH market: Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Depending on the assignment and role, we also consider candidates outside the immediate region, particularly for remote or hybrid arrangements.
What distinguishes LUNITE from larger recruitment firms?
LUNITE works selectively in specialist markets, combining personal advice with direct market insight. You work with a dedicated contact who knows your search and personally guides the process.
